We first digged into the back end of their social media pages, ensuring all profiles were optimised, ready for when a hungry customer lands on their page. Instagram story highlights were made, all bios were improved with keywords and important information, and their key links were created. Furthermore, their Google Business Profile and website were thoroughly checked and improved to ensure a cohesive appearance throughout their digital profile.
Consistency:Three Flames had already grown a fairly sized audience within their first 9 months of opening. It was clear to us with a consistent schedule, content strategy, and messaging that we would resonate with these customers and create further exposure.
Content Strategy:Prior to our arrival, their content strategy was very inconsistent with no clear plan in place (of course, this isnt their expertise!). Through outlining specific content pillars and creating content with their customers in mind, we were able to reach over 100,000 people in our first 2 months organically (no use of paid ads). Instead of focusing highly on sales driven content, we worked with their team to create content that’s engaging, insightful, and mouth-watering! Leaving customers with no choice but to dine with them.
